Re: Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe
I make peanut butter cookies this way:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Beat egg and mix in sugar with it. Then add the peanut butter. Mix until soft dough is formed. On greased cookie sheet, form 1 inch balls (I use a melon baller) and spoon on cookie sheet. To get the tic tac toe effect I simply take a fork, dip it in sugar and pres the tic tac toe pattern. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 6-7 minutes or until edges look done.

Peanut Butter Cookies
I'm making my dad some peanut butter cookies for Christmas--I made some delicious ones awhile back but I forgot which recipe it was =( Does anyone have a great peanut butter cookie recipe that's really peanut buttery but kind of a snap when you bite it? Yummmmm.....
